When will I receive my order? How will it arrive?
Pictures ordered online or by phone are mailed in 2-5 days via First Class Mail from our lab.
Delivery times by the USPS vary but typically you can expect to receive the pictures in a week to ten days.
Pictures ordered through the mail are mailed in two weeks and you should expect them in your mailbox within three
weeks. Frames ordered online are delivered via UPS and you can expect them in 4-6 weeks. Pictures ordered after
the deadline date are also mailed in 4-6 weeks.

How can I confirm you've received my order?
You will automatically be sent a confirmation email receipt within 24 hours of submitting your
order. It will be sent to the email address listed during the ordering process. If you do not receive an email,
please contact our customer service department to confirm that your order was completed.

Can I order after the deadline date?
YES! Please note that placing your order by the deadline date will guarantee all prices and
ensure the fastest delivery. Orders received after the deadline date are subject to the $3.00 image retrieval
fee. Four months after the deadline, order subtotals must be a minimum of $25.00.

What if my proof is too dark or too light?
The sample image on your order form and on the web is a low resolution image that has not been
color corrected nor is it the same clarity as your final prints will be. Final prints will be automatically color
corrected.

What is Complexion Touch-Up?
The complexion touch-up option minimizes wrinkles, evens out skin tones, blemishes, blotches and
lightens the teeth and eyes. This service is designed specifically to touch-up facial features and soften any
imperfections that may be visible. Additional custom retouching is available, starting at $50.00. Please contact

Our pearlized paper is a Kodak premium paper that has a glossy finish and luminous appearance that
creates images with exceptional visual interest and depth. Pearlized paper offers a notable enhancement over standard
paper and is offered exclusively in our Pearlized Packages. This pearlized paper eliminates the need to laminate.

How will my final pictures be cropped?
Automatic cropping will occur from the bottom of the image on all prints. More of the bottom of the
image will be cropped off on an 8x10 than a 5x7 because of the different proportions of the prints. Your proof closely
matches the cropping of a 8x10 print. Smaller prints will show more of the image. For example, a 5x7 photograph is
longer and narrower than an 8x10 picture so more cropping must be done from the bottom of the image when printing an 8x10.

Can you crop or remove something from my picture?
Due to the candid nature of our pictures, we do not alter your photograph. However, we do offer complexion
touch-up services for evening skin tones and reducing blemishes. You may also call and speak to one of our representatives about
pricing for special custom orders. Customer Service can also assist you if you have special cropping requests.

Can packages be split between different proofs?
Our packages are designed to be your best value. Our value packages are preprogrammed into our lab’s system
to produce all photos from a single image. This automated system allows us to deliver the product to you in a quicker, more efficient
manner.

Lamination is a thin protective plastic coating specially made for photographs. It is permanently adhered to the
photograph and protects your photos against moisture, fingerprints, stains, and tearing. It also helps reduce the fading caused by
exposure to UV light.

Our presentation folders are made out of quality black linen and the inside in embossed with a gold border.
Your picture simply slides into the folder and can be removed. Our folders are especially appropriate for the presentation
of gift photos. Folders are included complimentary with all of our packages.

What will be on the title of my picture?
All standard 8x10, 5x7, and wallet sized prints come with a full color title on the bottom white border.
Pearlized paper packages do not have titles or borders. The basic title information on the standard prints is preset and determined
by the school administration. The titles typically include the name of the school, Commencement Ceremony, and the date.
Unfortunately, we cannot alter titles on an individual basis.

What type of customization should I put on my plaque?
You have three lines of customizable text on your plaque with up to 28 characters on each line.

How is my tax calculated?
The tax rate applied varies depending on the location where the photographs were taken. Our company pays
sales tax to the county where the graduation takes place so the tax rate applied to your order is the tax rate for the county
where the pictures were taken.

I am having trouble placing an international order?
If you are trying to place an order with a credit card issued from a bank outside the US or are trying to
have your pictures shipped to an international address, and you are having trouble, you can call our customer service department

Is my credit card safe to submit online? Is your website secure?
We are constantly monitoring our systems to ensure the security of your information. When you are asked to
enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected using industry standard
SSL encryption.

Can I make copies of my prints or the images online?
Bob Knight Photomarketing, Inc. owns the copyrights to all images taken by our photographers. All images are copyright protected.
Except as otherwise required by applicable law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, retransmit, or publish any copyrighted
material without the express written consent of the copyright owner, including, without limitation, print or electronic
reproduction, publication or any display of photography. If you have special circumstances and would like to request permission,
please contact our customer service department.

What if I am not happy with my pictures?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy for any reason, simply return your photos and we will be glad
to either correct the problem or offer you a full refund.
